It's a setting in Video options that you can turn on or off, and my question is what does it do? I didn't notice anything when I turned it off, so if you know what it does please explain.

It is for when you press up on the D-Pad and you're in like a first person view, except without the gun. When you turn it on, while in the first person view, your crosshairs appear to be bobbing while moving. With them turned off, you don't bob at all while moving.

Why would one want to turn this on? It seems that if you turn this feature on, it would compensate your accuracy when engaging. Unless, this is what is actually happening when firing while running and turning it on is actually showing you what's happening to your accuracy and it can help you.

Some people want to feel like they are actually playing the game, not the reason why little kids scream over the mic....its a game.
