Rank requirements and joining rooms

I finally got my solid rank, the silver cookie, thinking i can now join more rooms without worrying about not meeting rank requirements. Now 90% of rooms i try to join say "you do not meet rank requirements". i thought whoever made the room origionally, has to have a lower rank than the person trying to join. whats the deal?

I honestly don't think anyone knows the actual way the rank requirements work. Numerous people had given me answers in the game, and no of them seem to be true.

I've heard what you said
That the person who made the room has to be HIGHER than those trying to join.
I can't remember them all.

Not to mention, give that rank a few weeks. It will drop. Unless your good at the game or something, and never lose.

Well there seem to be waaay more enlisted ranks than other ranks. Most the time you will always not meet the rank. I just go into ensign rooms and I usually can get into any game.

I think the lower officer ranks gets you into the most rooms, niigh enough to play with the really high ranks while low enough to still play with the enlisted. I haven't run into rank requirement issues since I got my stick, atleast as long as you stay in the basic public and ranked rooms...the clan match briefing rooms seem to have more rank restrictions.

lag - i have a butter stick system was so laggy that every time i tried joining a junior grade room it said my rank does not meet the requirements

your rank - sucks n is lower than the actual room

Usually lag has nothing to do with rank requirement rooms.

Its just the servers being funky, that is yet another thing they need to fix with a patch.
