Socom Destruction!
Yo whats up? Man I just wanted to start a thread that shows how much destruction you've caused over SOCOM. I myself have broken 2 mics, my Socom 2 disc, my Socom 3 disc, and 4 PS2's over this game... anyone similar or to compare?

Have you taken your meds? I only broke my mic once because I stepped on it, but I put it back together. Socom must be a very expensive addiction for you, worse than smoking?

Controllers are fun to destroy....On socom 2, with all that lag, and horrible hit detection, I went through like 4 or 5 controllers before socom 3 came out. It got to the point, where I just kept a broken one to continually smash on the floor rather than purchase new ones. IMO socom 3 corrected this issue for me.

I've broken my TV remote over socom...and countless pencils and random crap I find near me, but I have enough control to steer clear of breaking ps2s, lol, or my TV. (I've always wanted to put my controller through the TV screen though, wouldn't that feel SOOO GOOD?)

I'm on my second controller, but only because I keep dropping them since I'm marginally retarded. I also broke a headset but I don't blame myself for that since they're made out of ghram crackers.

MULTIPLE headsets. 2 copies of s3 (took a hammer to one), 2 copies of s2 (playing frisbee + a wall > disc), 1 controller, it was broken, the r1 was stuck and the analog's barely worked so to fix I chucked it against the wall.

2 ps2's. I didn't break the ps2, it just broke on it's own...well I thought it did, it really didn't, was just having a bad day or something...

One time, I was playing a GB Dubs, and we lost on the last round, the tiebreaker. I went haywire. I ran upstairs screaming my head off, ran into the kitchen, and I punched my god damned refridgerator as hard as I could. Left a nice crack in the door handle and on my hand. I also had the same problem with the R1 button being stuck, and after it jammed up during a gun fight, I threw it as hard as I could.

I have also snapped my remote in two.

Its really just been wear and tear for me. Had a mic go earlier this year that I had had for a while. Had a controller die last year too. R2 and R1 buttons are starting to stick a little bit on the controller I have now.
