I 100% agree to the top of the scale on your opinion, It's just a rather difficult opposition for all these other Socom players to realize how quite simple it is to get away from all the Glitching, and Cheating. A couple of selecting options, and *poof* you're completely out of the current game. I wish more players were like you, just enjoying the game, and getting what needs done, done. Who seriously gives a flying shyt about the non-true socom players, they all suck, and they just need to cheat to actually prove to themselves that they have a chance to fit in as a professional gamer. It's pathetic.

in a public room though, my opinion is that you're being a jerk by cheating.

it's like the "this is america" argument where because you live in america, we are given certain freedoms. however, your right to do something ends when it negatively affects another person or takes away that other person's right to freedom.

ie. "this is america, so i should be able to smoke anywhere i like."

well, yes this is america and you can smoke so long as it doesn't affect my right to not have smoke in my face.

i like snipe no x rooms and unfortunately there were only three going tonight when i was hoping to play. one was full of crossers, the second had someone named rpg420 glitching and shooting at you from under the map (woo hoo73-0 record, mvp. wow... how impressive...if you can't hear the sarcasm in that... well there was.) and the third room was full.

so for those of you saying just leave the room. i generally do. but if i want to play a snipe no x room, my choice is to create new game and wait for however long for people to join or play a different type of game that i'm not in the mood for. that sux.

so i'm asking nicely, glitch. Glitch all you want. just please do it in your own room and let me play the way i and others decide to.

Personally I've never done it, I don't know how to and don't want to know how to glitch. My opinion = It is cowardly and dishonorable. Where is the fun/challenge in shooting fish in a barrel? or Bear hunting at the zoo?

As long as you glitch in a GNK, I have no problem with someone glitching. What pisses me off is when someone does the "respawn glitch" (where they can respawn in a ranked game.) Cause then there's no way your team has a chance. Bottomline: GNK's are ok with me.

I have one comment on cheating for rank. Earlier today, I was forced into a room (God knows how) and I could not get back out. These 4 Star Admirals left me on a team with my friends and they told us we had to kill some Hostages. Little did I know that this was making my rank go down. A member named .Big-Shot. and his friends were the first to tell us that we will get to sit back and watch them do the same as our rank goes up. We had no choice, and by the time it was our turn, the Admirals left. We lost around 500 rank and we are still trying to make it up now.

Thats just one comment I have on cheating and glitching. Do you have any stories to tell? Any members to report/ban off of Socom 3? Post everything here, I guarentee that I can help.

Note: I cannot ban any player from the game, but I can help.

I don't like it, that's why I try to play with people I know.
Also I don't see where he took offense to the point I made. Did you see his post right after mine. He didn't seem upset to me. He actually seemed pretty cool. He probably laughed.
I just wish he would say how he can help.

I don't agree w/ glitching or cheating, I don't do either myself, i think it ruins the game for everyone playing. I just don't agree with flaming people on the forum.
