The best is M82A1A with a high scope. owns at assaulting sniping, and quicksniping. Its the only gun I use.

isn't just about what gun was best in each game (ie: M82A1A in s3). btw wtf is assualting sniping?

most people call it shotgunning. its when you run around with a sniper out of scope and shoot like an assult rifle

When you do close quarters shotgunning/no scoping sniping.

It is when u no scope people with a sniper, also quicksniping up close can be considered assaulting with a sniper rifle.

M16 --Socom 3 (so easy to get kills in Socom 3)

TA 12 gauge --Socom 2

AK 105- Socom 2
12 gauge pump --Socom 3

F90 --Socom 3 (this is so easy to use specially in levels like citadel and fault)

RA-14--Socom 3 (fast fire rate, with a supp and grip, it owns all who step near it)
STG 77 --Socom 3 (same as ^^^^^, just a little slower and less stable, but still good)
IW-80A2--Socom 2 & 3 (tie)
SASR --Socom 3
M60E3 --Socom 1 & 2 (Socom 3 m60 just doesn’t cut it, packs a punch but lacks a descent fire rate)
M63A --Socom 2 (100 round clip could have been nice, but its still a good gun)
Mark 23 –Socom 1
Mark23SD –Socom 1
9mm Pistol –Socom 3
DE.50 --Socom 2
Model 18 –Socom 1 (it sprays worse than snot out of a 2 year old with a runny nose so its not even worth having on full auto)
M9 –Socom 2
226 --Socom 3
M67 --Socom 2
HE --Socom 3 (this kills all that come within 50 yards of it. I have killed so many people with throwing HEs into random places)
AN-M8 –Socom 3 (smokes out an area worse than the car on “beware of Greeks bearing guns”)
Mark141 –Socom 1, 2 & 3 (all worked the same)
PMN Mine --Socom 2 (this was the ultimate weapon on Socom 2, especially because people were to dumb to watch where they were going)
AT4 --Socom 3 (Was fun to use but now we actually have something worth shooting at, cars and tanks and trucks.)
RPG-7 –Socom 3 (same as ^^^^^)
HK5SD –Socom 1
HK5 --Socom 3 (almost as good as the F90, lacking the extra 20 rounds though)
