There is no way to sue them over a release date. It's their choice when they decide to release their game. That would be like you demanding I sell my car by tomorrow. I don't have to jack squat, unless I want to, and I feel that selling my car tomorrow would be the best idea. I think we would be better off, as the socom community, if they did lose you as a customer.
There is no official list of all the guns for S:CA. The only new primary weapons that are known of are the machine gun version of the HK36 (has 100 shots) and the SCAR (so far it's only confirmed for FTB2, not on S:CA).

Will they have account verification in this one? Because..I honestly hope not.
I asked this question earlier. There will be verification, though you're supposed to be able to use your verified socom 3 account name and all, for Combined Assault. That's pretty cool though, I hated the name stealers in socom 2 lol.

I think verification is bull because I could not verifiy my socom 3 account. So I paid the same as everyone else for the game when it launched and I could not use friend lists, or join clans or get rankings. That is incredibly unfair. Didn't a lot of people complain about this also?
They did for the first few weeks, but eventually people got over it. There are still a handful who are p*ssed about it, but they keep their comments to themselves because not too many care.
I too think verifying is f*cked up, because it didn't make the amount of kids go down, glitchers are still around, and blah blah blah.
