Exclamation Copying memory cards
A friend has completed single player missions and has it saved on his memory card, can I copy his data to unlock items and characters without overriding my profile and losing my online rank.

copying his file will save his name when u try to quick login but u can go to the main menu and change it back to ur name and you wont lose anything besides ur old 1 player mission.....u can even save it as a new file insead of saving it over ur old profile

Basically, If you copy his data it will save his profile. If you want to use his things you have to go the long way to log in using his saved profile and when it gets to the online name you change it to yours and voila. Then you can quick login again and have the stuff, the only difference is the only way to use his data is to use his offline profile that he created for single player

It will NOT change your rank at all, but the name when you log in, as stated before. You just change the name back and you rank, clan, friends list, and such will still be the same.

I don't get why people think their rank and all their stats are stored on their memory card. How do you think they get on the stat site? All that stuff is stored on their internet server thing for the game. The only thing on your memory card is your single player stuff, and control settings.
