Your screen gets all pixilated when someone hits you in the head when theyre out of range for their weapon...youre screen starts to get all blurry and stuff but you take no damage.

yeah but i've been knocked down by a m87 and my screen went all pixilated...the shot took like half my health so it didn't hit my head. It's only happened like 10 times tho.

The screen will blur whenever i get shot or if an explosion happens nearby, but it never gets "pixilated."

Thats different, youre talking about when youre actually taking damage.

He's right, the same thing happened to me on Devils road except I was on top of a rock at spawn 3 and the other guy was in the city. I had a SR-25 sd w/ med scope while the other guy had a AG-94 with a med scope, I guess. Well anyhow he nailed me in the head several times and blood was flying up but it took nothing out of my health. My vision blurred for a few seconds and when it cleared up I turned to him, gave him a third eye in his forehead, and laid my vengeance upon him. That's what he gets for trying to kill me. Satisfaction was mine!

Yes, whenever i'm taking damage it gets blurry. Or, for example, if i'm standing next to a tank as it shoots it's cannon my screen blurs.

Exactly my point, blurry is not pixilated. Blurry happens from damage or tank like you said. Pixilated happens when a persons hitting you out of range and the screen gets pixilated, not just blurry.

After reading the original post over and over, I think he meant the background turned rainbowish color, like the ground/rocks/water. This happens to me very often, latest being in Crucible, I rushed has a Seal in the Jeap thingy and died at the turret, when I fell on the floor the ENTIRE ground turned purple, the WHOLE FLOOR for the rest of the round was flat purple for me. In waterworks, I usuallly see the ground flicker rainbow colors every once in a while when I play that map. Its not blurryness but game graphics glitch ( I think)
