Well, you're average fighting man can take a fair bit of punishment before he accepts defeat, so a health bar isn't entirely stupid

And anyway, medics in games don't work well... if only a few guys can get healed there will be hard feelings from some players, and in BF2 how often does the medic heal anyone except himself?

I vote no medic. I dont think this should turn into battlefield or anything. I just like the idea of only have one bar of health for one game and not being able to replenish it. I say no to the medic and leave the "Classes" of soldiers out of the SOCOM titles.

in aa in americas army there are medics and i like the feature. you have to pass tests in the game to be able to be a medic though - i think if this were incorprated into socom somethign similair would have to happen. and only one medic per team.

If there was a medic, I wouldn't want him to be able to revive dead teamates. But it would be cool to have one guy that could give you back some health.

I dont think you should be able to bring people back to life, Because if your dead your dead. Mabye it could heal them though if they are low health.

whats sucks more getting killed in teh first 15 seconds of a game!! u have to wait 4:45 seconds! but if a medic was incorporated u have maybe a 2nd choice!! another point! there could be a time limit where an actual dead person may have the opportunity to be revived! like a 2 minute time span, after the 2 min is up the person is dead!

Yeah to make it seem like you are wounded and you don't get help in like a minute or two you will die.
