When I snipe or I peak I move my head ;). I always did this during flying games, when I would move or dodge stuff I'd move my head, lol.

It's just a true testament to how involving video games are nowadays. You do it involuntarily, because of your extreme concentration, your mind and you start to believe that it is, indeed, actually the physical embodiment of yourself. That's how you know you are truly playing a great game, and I think that is why there is such a huge explosion in online military games. To me, it really is a rush I cannot describe.

Ah... yes I remember when I played Gran Turismo (Not very good at it though) I would move the controller all the time. And every time my dad would tell me it doesnt help. And I didnt believe when I thought about instinctively, but when I actually thought about it. I knew it was true.

Actually, I would tend to think it would help. I did the same thing with Gran Turismo (still do when playing, cant really explain that either), I think its just the way we find the rhythmn within the game between our mind/body and the controller. I think it just lends itself to real world driving habits, it would be natural motion for your body to wanna turn in that situation, because you are thinking in the same manor as if you were actually driving a car. Maybe the subconcious IS a powerful tool.

When my sister plays driving games she moves the controler/ If she goes to make a right turn she like banks the controller to the right.

I sometimes move my head when peaking and sniping.

I'm notorious for moving my head to try and peek around a corner. I play a good amount of sniper only games, and my wife laughs every time I do this. :)
