Yeah Im pretty sure Zipper would want to stop making the Socom series. It is their best selling games ever. Plus like 5000 10 year olds will kill themselfs.

Well, I also heard they were going to make a game called SOCOM thats it. Not socom 4 just SOCOM. But that was a while ago, and I doubt that they would stop making the series all together, Just have to wait for further details.

I dont believe it and wont until I see a link that states that there wont be a S4 and the more I think about it that would be silly because that would be on a new system and this is one of the bigger game titles if not the biggiest. Yet Some of us have yet to master 2 and 3 so why even think of 4--- like a crack head feenin for crumbs that arent there-LOL

I'm not worried. They would have to get infected with a case of severe stupidity to not make another SOCOM (especially with the graphics the PS3 will provide). I'm happy with SOCOM 3 for now.

well i have to get bored on socom 3 firts to start thinking about socom 4

the game is to popular for there not to be some sort of sequal.....let it be named or not named socom 4....look at final fantasy....sqaure wouldnt dream of stopping that franhise....i mean what other games does zipper do?

Socom 4 is already being worked on. I saw a TV show for PS2 gamers and one of the shows was about Socom 3. The dude won a beta test for S4 moron
