keyboard and mouse adapter

I have a question about the keyboard. I got one a couple of days ago and was wondering how you can type to your TEAM only during gameplay...if you can.

i personally would be 10x better easily using a mouse and keyboard on ps2. i'm almost tempted to do so...

but i would like to know if it poses an advantage in general or just to those of us accustomed to playing games on computer w/ keyboard + mouse. would someone who has always played games on ps2 or xbox be better with a controller just because that's what they've always used? personally i'm decent with a controller but i just can't get near as accurate as i can with a keyboard + mouse.

i know at Radioshack you can by a USB adapter specifically made for PS2

well, you are more accurate with a keyboard and mouse on any occasion. no matter if you have a background with a mouse and keyboard. the analog sticks are terrible for games like socom when it comes to multiplayer. the single player game is fine with the analog sticks.

sorry, you cannot type on the keyboard at all. use the mics. if you play this game online a mic is essential.

i don't see it as being unfair. everyone has the option of buying and using a keyboard/mouse on the ps2.

i do wonder how many people out there use a keyboard/mouse.

Yes you can use the keyboard. You can communicate with your team or the whole room. *Terrorists and Seals*. All you have to do is hit "Enter" and boom you can start typing. And if you hit /t you can type to your team. that easy not rocket science!

Do you need the ps2 hdd to use the keyboard and mouse when using the max shooter keyboard and mouse adapter?

Has anyone had any problems with configuring the keyboard to work smoothly with SC3?

If so, what did you change to work properly?
