linksys wireless routers and your headset

for those of u who have the linksys wireless router v5 and your headset doesnt work. just disconnect the router unplug it and go thru the modem. i did all the port opening and called sony. none of it worked until finally i said f it and unpluged the router. now im in bliss. thats it good luck and frag u later

Mine works just fine..but I got a Linksys Wireless-B kind.I have trouble with it sometimes but I can usually fix it pretty easily

I was having the same problem.

Just open up your web browser type in 192.168.1.1 to access your router and open up the ports that socom utilizes.

I believe the ports are

TCP 10070-10080
UDP 600-699

It worked for me so it should work for you.
