Different servers
i have the EU version of socom, but my friend has the US version.
We want to play together, but have different servers.
Can he download the EU server or can i download the US server somewhere??
Or does he need to buy the EU version of the game?

I don't think that you can play on other servers without buying a different PSP and game.
