Ok, try making sure your mic is plugged in ALL THE WAY. That happened to me once.

The closer you are to the connection the better it should work, also try checking your options or your volume

Check all those things, and then just realize that not alot of people talk when playing FTB for some reason. It's nothing like the chatfest when your on S3.

Bio, the mic is actually part of a new set of headphones. You will need to already have the sony remote control headphones, then the new set will plug into that. You can get them at best buy for around $20 or so. I got mine off ebay.

I think you should take your mic back and get it replaced, that is if you paid the little extra for the warranty????

I have a PS2 and socom3 for it with the mic, now my mic will not let me do anything, I can SEE people talking but I cant talk to them or hear them. I tried my mic on Fifa World cup online and it all works, is there a problem with Socom 3 PS2 online servers???
