Well, the uk plays with the EU, however britian just overgrowths anywhere else. The best times are night time, because say at lunch time, everyones at work, friday nights hardly anyone on because...well... their all getting drunk.
Best times i would say is about from 7.00 on weekdays, everyones at home.
Average players per side? Hard to say, i go for 16 player maps because 32 always gets laggy, and it makes it very much like battlefield, a sniper can't get nowhere in 32 player maps. I would say there is a lot of 16 player maps now.
There are plenty of people logged on, not quite americas population, but you'll be getting at the minimum 2000 people logged on. And thats enough to produce more than enough rooms.
