If they followed everything on the list we would have the best game in the world, no doubt, but before this list started, we knew nothing. It's come a long way.

That isn't suggesting every weapon have a silencer. It's only saying the few that can be equipped with one be listed.

I get that, and I knew you'd say that. What'd be stupid as hell is if they did do that, and allowed the same two attachments on an SD weapon. In that case, SD weapons would have the advantage because they'd really be using 3 attachments.
What they ought to do is make it like R6V, where you can put on and take off your silencer at any point.

Hmm, that doesn't seem right. Let me bring that up, I never noticed that before.

A lovely weapon isn't it? My only complaint is its effect on the operator's face. It literally does suck the snot out of your nose! And it is quite lightweight, mobility is not greatly hindered when it is in the hand, but when it is in a sensible firing position your centre of gravity is not great for movement unless you enjoy having sights stuck in your eye!
My solution would be to allow normal movement with the rocket launcher equipped, but not raised to the shoulder at this time. When you want to fire you stop moving and press R1 once to bring the launcher to the right position, then R1 again to fire. Firing on the move should be impossible- no soldier worth his salt will fire his only rocket (disposable weaponry) while moving due to the chance of a miss, and the RPG, despite being reloadable, would have to have parity with the AT-4.
The problem with the massive list of weapons that are desired is that most of them are covered by the guns already present. There was a decent array of calibres, shapes and sizes of weapon in S2... all we need are the S3 weapons and maybe the S2 favourites for old time's sake, as new weapons introduced would just be redundant.

I'm 6'5", so I was pretty amazed with how small it was actually. And yeah, it's not heavy at all, maybe 10 or 12 lbs without looking it up.
Instead of the R1, R1 method, why not only permitting it to be fired when crouched? As I recall it from S:CA, the mechanics were perfect. There were many times a vehicle beared down on me, and I had to quickly rocket it.

(off topic) ome6a didn't you find it wierd how when you would fire an AT-4 Heat at the tank in killing fields and it needed 2-3 shots to take out when normally it would only be 1 shot? lol
anyways getting back on topic, i feel that since we're gonna have destructable evironments, the RPG/AT4 would add alot more elements to the gameplay when solving the "Problem" in respawn games. and if you didn't get what i was hinting at I was talking about spawn campers in buildings i.e. "After Hours - not to far from the seals spawn is a ladder that leads up to a small room and an open window you can go through and camp with the satchel." now take that same situation and put it in Confrontation, but add a mercenary + 1 RPG Round = No More Camping with bomb.
i know alot of people will be glad that RPGs will have some real use in the new game

<sigh> The one thing I love about s3 is that there are vehicles. How is it that a new gen game won't have that included? Thus, we convoy fanatics are left in the dust.

I really hate the idea of having an SD and a normal version of each gun. Just make it 2 attachments per weapon, and let people pick what they want. In the way it's been purposed, the advantage is given to the SD gun because it comes with a silencer, plus 2 attachments.
I really hate the idea of not being able to fire an RPG/AT4 on the move. At the most you should be able to crouch-walk with it. The same rule should apply to sniper rifles; crouch-walk & prone only. No standing, no running.

Hopefully they don't make it so that you shoot RPGs/AT4s while running Lol.

I'm not sure about this whole SD thing. If it's anywhere near the hit on accuracy it was in socom 3, they won't be all that advantageous. Tbh i'm liking the new implementation more.
