And I hope they do... the Sixaxis controllers that the PS3 has now feel cheap... and too lightweight... and it seems like they were built with 11 year old Asian boys in mind (I think they're too small).

I think they already reported that Sony will impliment the rumble feature back into the controllers in the future. It is basicly confirmed, just no one knows when. I also heard rumors of a nice trade in program with the controllers.

I think there is a PS2 controller adapter for the PS3, but I'm not entirely sure. I've heard people talk about one, but I don't know if it was for Guitar Hero only, or if it was the actual PS2 controller.

Anyway, we're just a month away from some Socom goodness (E3, YAY!).

Eh. SOCOM died with Socom 3. The game itself isn't socom, the bullets, the aiming, the moving, isn't SOCOM. What the s3 and ca noobies think is socom is just a shell of its former self. And wtf, The video I seen was such a rip and degrading crossroads. You don't add onto crossroads, you leave crossroads exactly like it is.

Game looks terrible, and I won't buy it.

They're tougher than 360 controllers. You must have huge hands since 360 and PS3 controllers both fit me fine.

So to sum it up, while Socom: Confrontation looks visually great, most people have these two complaints:

1) Characters movements look horrible, they're all crouching and running sideways instead of standing up, look like they're in mud, etc.
2) The Over-The-Shoulder (OTS) view changes the entire socom series' Perspective, in a bad way.

And we're split on crossroads (I want it to be very similar to the original, except a bit more expanded, i.e. everything is a bit farther from each other, but the same proportions are kept. It felt a tad small before, and with 32 people and the OTS view, it most definetley should be expanded, which is what it looks like they have done). Some of us welcome the changes, some of us want it to stay the same it was back in '03, and others want a different version of it that Slant Six didn't do.
