What this guy said, is the total opposite of what Socom CA really is. If you get S2, will not have a problem finding a game. Every time since the Map Packs came out for CA I've seen at least two cheaters a day.

LOL, what the heck kind of dream world are you living in my man? You have to be on something, and from the looks of your post, it's good sht. You'll have to score my some of what ever your on, since you have to be higer then hell to come up with something like that.

The cheating is horrible on SCA, so get S2. The best Socom out there to date, the only problem is the number of people that play aren't nearly as much as CA, but it's still worrh it.

In defense of scanman, I'm assuming he was like me and never really got into Socom until S3 came out. I myself had S2, but was more into Halo at the time. Unless you really got into S2 in its glory days it will seem really boring in comparison SCA. I realize that S3 was a letdown but you really needed to get S2 when it came out to have appreciated it. Just buy both though if you're curious though.

You guys are actually smoking something as well... SOCOM 2 still has plenty of cheaters, they just don't go into as many rooms with every code on. Most people are quiet with them (e-tags, jokered health, perfect shot, etc).

I would still recommend SOCOM 2 over CA and S3 if you want to get better online. Single player on S2 is pathetic, and CA and S3 are pointless as well. While you may be right about "military sends recruits to basic before the frontlines," they don't send their recruits against retarded AI computers that don't know the concept of cover.

If you want to get better at playing against people, then that's where you start with learning. Gaming is a bit different from many other things that you prepare for. Mainly because experience is the best way to build your skills.

SOCOM 2 still has a decent amount of people on everyday for being a 4 year old game (about 1,200 people a day). There are plenty of rooms and still plenty of clans out there that play regularly.
