I make the name "RuCKuSPS2" while still in possession of my Playstation 2. I purchase a PS3, register to the playstation 3 network with the username "RuCKuSPS3". Do I have to use the name "RuCKuSPS3" while I play online with PS2 games or can I still use "RuCKuSPS2"?

In our case it should be later then sooner so that "Slant Six" can make sure the game is flawless instead of rushing the series like they did with "Socom 3" and "Combined Assault".

I've just look on Wikipedia (Source 1up.com) and the release is "slated" to be June, the actual 1up site says June 15th.

Official PlayStation article on it just says 2008, as do many other sites.

Let it also be known (to those who care to forget) that Slant Six's SOCOM game and Zipper's SOCOM game are completely different projects so I wouldn't worry too much. Only thing I worry about it the time between both launches. I would hate to have to play Confrontation for a great online and then have to go to Zipper's for single player. I know Confrontation doesn't have single player, but it would be a great miracle if Zipper could create a great on/offline game so I won't even have to think about playing confrontation.
