I think this is basically a wish list for Slant Six to follow. Being that Confrontation is online only, Slant Six should included a lot of new weapons so there is variety instead of the same gun being used by three quarters of one team.

These guns (as of right now) are just what people suggested should be in the game. Slant Six is looking closely at this list (as well as the posts in the thread and the thread they made), so once again, I advise all of you who want to make suggestions to post them here. We have made several wish list threads here, but none of them (as far as we know) got looked at. This one is, however.
Soon, Bamf, soon. I want to make sure I can grab a 60 before they run out, so it shouldn't be much longer. COD 4 in two months and two days!

Correct, Cylon. I agree with what you're saying, too. I'm sure not every single weapon listed will be in the game, but the more weapons, the happier the players.
I also added some new weapons to the list, so be sure to check them out.

Scuba, thanks for doing all you can to keep VGF updated on the latest developments.
I think that the issues list is spot on, and there were even a few things I'd never considered. I'm glad to see a mutual gripe in the community about the ease of sniping, and it's something I'd be very happy to see fully addressed.
The points about weight, distance and characteristics of the various grenades are also great. I personally recall a difference between distance and timing between the HEs and M67s in S2, but I could have just imagined that.
I absolutely love the idea of having an ally clans section on your friends list. Friends list should really be tabbed; Friends, Clan, Allies. Socom definitely needs to house it's own friends list.
Clan rosters should also be tabbed; Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Etc. 16 people to each. There should be one head leader, one head co-leader, and a leader & co-leader for each roster. That would be ultimate. Also having simple stats about each member would be great. In addition to their gamertag, it'd be nice to see join date, last log-in date (most members get kicked for inactivity), kills/deaths since joining, wins/losses since joining all on the same screen maybe?
I'm also in favor of a wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide variety of guns, although I'm particular to the HK flavor, and would be in heaven if my G36C returned. I think it'd be perfect to have 6-8 options in each category, if only for their different sounds and looks.
My faith in Slant Six continues to grow, and I think more and more that I'll likely be fragging a lot of you once this game comes out.

Speaking of friends, I'm hoping that they implement a buddy list instead of just adding users to the PSN friends list. I don't want my PSN friends to be too cluttered with people playing only one game that I also own (huge problem with vegas). My really good friends (and the list that's on this site) are the only people I add to my PSN friends. I use a buddy list the rest of the time.
They update about once a week (at least this is the way it's been going thus far), so expect to read a new post by SS each week.
I agree with you, Ome6a, about the HK weapons. If the HK416 was put in the game, I would be oh so giddy.
If anything new is added to the list, I'll add it to this one, too. Hmm, I was about to say I'll edit the title, but that can't be done. If the addition is a weapon, thta can be found at the bottom of the new weapons list. If it is a suggestion or topic that has been added, I'll add it to the bottom of my last post concerning the problems (page 2). I will also post in this thread with each new update (from SS and to the thread) so none of you miss out.
Again, if any of you want anything to possibly be seen by SS, post in here and make it clear that your goal is to have it put in the thread, both here and at the PS forums. Ome6a, I'll send your clan list idea if you want, just let me know.
