Im not saying have it like warhawk as in if you get 6 team kills your automatically booted.... I was 45 and 20 and got booted. But you should have the power to vote the person to do that I know it's very far fetched but it would be slightly fun.
First choice as in can't shoot at all if they want to be annoying and team kill I say take away their priviledge of shooting. I believe this will end team killing.
Couldn't they just wait until the end of the game and leave or start all over? I doubt players would be able to do this, in random rooms it's hard enough just to vote out a team killer.

Are you suggesting to have the person not be able to fire his/her weapon at all, or not have the ability to kill/wound his/her teammates?
The latter should be considered. I say if someone gets say 5 teamkills their bullets/explosives shouldnt harm team members. However this could potentially give an unfair advantage to his team - he could throw grenades and fire rockets recklessly without having to worry about hurting his team members. So effectively FF doesnt apply to this player so i guess it would create an imbalance.

Thats why I say take away his shooting privaledge for both teams. Now he is just an easy target and his stats would be horrible. I know not everyone takes stats seriously but some do.
I think most team killers have seperate names to do their evil duties, so they wouldn't care. It could potentially be a new "mini-game" though.
In the beginning, one player from each team kills the necessary amount of teammates to render them useless. That person then has to hide, avoid getting killed.
