SHO Actively Recruiting Again

We are back in the recruiting mode and looking for active players that like to play competively, organized, and have fun!

Shadow Ops is our site. Here is a little on what we are looking for.

We expect players to be online 2-3 times per week (preferably in the evenings between 8pm EST and midnight). Players that do not log in for 2-3 nights of play per week could be moved to a less active roster. Our intention is to maintain a fully active roster for all of our most active players’ enjoyment.

SHO has an age requirement of 18 years old. We have made exceptions in the past to this requirement, but that was because we had come across an exceptional player who was mature beyond his years. We do not allow children into the clan nor do we allow childish adults.

Honor – Respect – Loyalty – Teamwork - Fun

Honor is having the character to treat winning and losing the same, in a respectful and civil manner. Honor is having the principles and character to not exploit any “glitches” or “cheats” in the game. Simply put, in SHO you must play the game with honor. If any member of the clan is observed dishonoring the clan by exploiting “glitches” or “cheats”, he or she will be removed from the clan.

Respect is the courteous expression, by word and deed, of esteem or regard for (and toward) your fellow clan members. However, respect does not end with your clan brothers. It is to be extended to everyone you encounter when playing or commenting using your [SHO] name. As such, leave the childish antics of inter-clan heckling and insults at home. Win or lose, we play our matches with our heads held high and our pride intact. If this is a problem for you, then maybe this is not he clan for you.

Loyalty is having fidelity and allegiance to the clan. In SHO, all clan members are expected to be loyal to the clan and to our clan only. As such, membership in other clans is not permitted.

Teamwork, in this clan, is a requirement. In clan wars, you will be expected to adapt your play and follow a plan of pre-determined strategies and tactics (in clan wars, being a “lone ranger” doesn’t cut it).

In the end, this is a game, and only a game. The entire reason we play is to have fun. This clan was founded on friendship, and is not based on a player’s ranking or skill level. As a clan, we will win some and we will lose some, we will stomp and be stomped, but, we will always be there to back each other up and HAVE FUN!
