Values you like in clans

I like having a clan that is more laid back. I hate it when all the clan does is recruit and do wars. I like just hosting a small medly or something like that. I don't like clans that are so uptight about a video game.

Having players you get along with is a good thing for everyday clan rooms. If the clan wants to compete in wars and tourneys then having someone in command who has the ability to lead the members into battle is something that is necessary, anyone can say they are in command but it takes someone that is respected by all and has the ability to command is what makes the difference. If someone just wants a bunch of people to play with every night then laid back people are a good way to go, but if the interest is in fighting in wars then a clan with a good structure with commanders who know what the objectives are and can motivate the members to work together is something that is hard to find. Having someone in command who doesn't have the ability to get the job done is a mistake, just because you start a clan or are one of the first couple of people in the clan doesn't make you a commander and these things will not get you respect within the clan, if you are in the position of being a commander and you don't have a clue as to what you are doing then you should find the right person for the position and show that the group is more important then your personnal goals.

Well, I happen to enjoy getting to know each individual person bit by bit, I'm the Leader in my clan, and it's my top priority to get to know everyone as well as I possibly can. I also enjoy having recruited some really funny, kick-a$$ players, they are dependable and I don't have to shout a hundred times to get them to do the dirty work, and get it done correctly. Basically, you just sit back, play a game with other people, and relax huh? A game only turns out the best when you have other people to share it with, and compete against.

I had a top knoch clan then the whole stinkin clan broke part but i still got it together good clan member are people who you can trust to have your back or help u when u need it im gettin on later today like at 2 or 1 o clock! popcorn

We play in passworded rooms and enjoy a no cuss no fuss atmosphere that is always supportive of the players, no matter what their skill level. I have friends here that i've known for over 3 yrs and we all get along great.
I would have to say thhe easy going laid back rooms are what i like most in a clan.

I like people who are funny and have a great personality. I dont care how good you are, if you're a real *****, then dont expect an invite. Oh, and they have to be a member of this site.

Yeah friends are a big part but if you don't have that it's the leader. The leader has to be a cool guy, easy to get along with. He has the say in the clan and most of everyone will agree with him.

I enjoy being in a clan that i know is good guys and friends. Also i like a clan that doesn't care about skill and rank. Also when they war every so often is good. Also a clan that likes screamo music because it's pwnsauce and i have someone to talk to about who's good and who's bad.
