Want to compete? Hate GB? Look!!!!
[USA] Unholy Socom Army has just been invited to serve as a mid-season replacement team in the National Socom League.

This puts us in much sooner that we had expected, and as a result we are scrambling to find players to fill out our rosters.

We need about 12 people A.S.A.P.!!!!

You do not need to be a superstar. You do need to have a good attitude, and enjoy playing the game.

The matches are all played on big maps, and they are all 16v16

Matches are played on Mondays and Thursdays, and we have to be ready to go green by 9:50pm est.

Practices are on Sundays and Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 9:00pm est.

If you can make it to AT LEAST ONE PRACTICE AND AT LEAST ONE MATCH every week, then we would be happy to have you on board.

Our clan rules can be viewed here

The National Socom League site is here

Please ignore the win/loss stats for our clan on the site, we had to take over the previous clan's record.

Due to the fact that we need people so quickly, we will not be holding tryouts. If you think that you would like to join us and compete in the NSL, just PM me on this site, or email me at roddickmaster@hotmail.com and I will send you an invite.

bump...if you're reading this thread. Don't be a shyt talker, have respect and foremost do not cheat/glitch. The NSL was founded in Socom 1 based on the principles of fair game play and respect. Ajax created it when everyone was getting tired of codebreaker users and wanted to have some good competition while showing class and respect to your opponent.

This league is definitely worth playing in.

Thanks -Bravo-, that was very well-said.

In light of our urgent need for players, we would like to hear from some of the smaller clans out there.

If you have less than 10 players, and would like to compete in the National Socom League, just PM me on this site, or email me at roddickmaster@hotmail.com

Your clan may join USA for the remainder of the NSL season, you can have your own roster, and leave with your clan intact at the end of the season (if you want to).

You would still have to abide by the USA clan rules, found at the link in the first post.

You... you TOLD them? How could you?

lol.

His friend's name is kkgunner. You can read all about his contributions to our clan in this thread

It is true. As a clan, we frequently make use of the guns that are available in the game. We are such noobs. Going around shooting people and stuff...

Oh, yes. We also make extensive use of strategy, including *gasp* camping in certain situations.

Yes, we have strict rules about what games clan members can join. It is based on the belief that
1- you should really be playing with your clan, that's what they are there for, and
2- if you are in a tryout room, it is a clear sign that you would like to be in a different clan.

Pretty simple, I think.

By the way, all clan members are required to read the clan rules, so there is no excuse for not knowing them.

Okay, I will make one more attempt to decipher your message, then I am done with you.

If kkgunner is not the name of the subject of your original post, then whoever it was couldn't have been there for long. I am aware of only 2 others who joined with kkgunner, and I don't think I ever saw them in one of our rooms. What does that tell you about their dedication to the clan?

We needed 12 players asap because of our commitment to the National Socom League.

With one roster of 32 players, it is absolutely possible to have a full team of 16 players once a week, without worrying too much about no-shows. However, because we are committed to matches twice a week, we need a few more players, just to make sure that we will always have enough online at the correct time.

You see, most people have lives outside of Socom. It is unrealistic to expect that everyone can war twice in one week, at prescheduled times, plus attend two practices each week, also at prescheduled times. (Especially if they, like your buddies, are always in other clan's rooms). This requires that we have more players than we really need, to ensure a strong field for every match.

Hence our thread in this forum, requesting to hear from anyone who has interest in playing in a structured league.

Does that make everything clear for you now?

If you like, I could have someone read this to you.
