i would make sure all snipers are in position the most i would have is 2 snipers rest of gunners and backers are to be put in their postion and slowly in pairs or 3's(Works Great) seak and destroy
My strategy depends on the map. Say it was crucible demo(if it was a 10v10). I would say 4 guys rush to the small map part and camp all areas of the seal spawn and 2 guys go in the car (one on turret, one driving) and try to get to the terrorist base and get behind the people getting bomb, also avoiding getting shot by that mountain. 2 people go in the crack and nade the heck out of the court yard. 2 people get to the mountain and control that area. Great strat of mine. It actually works :).
For rushing, I think the guns you should use are:

12 gauge pump(The reason I said this weapon is because its better for close range attacks. For example sometimes when you shoot them once, you knock them off their feet and you can shoot them again and kill them easily)
When I rush and come into a 1on1 encounter, I usually shoot them and move around them at the same time so that it is harder for them to hit me.
*suppressor attachments are also good options for silenced attacks with strong guns
well we do a version of the buddy system
if there is 12 vs 12 clan game we break our men up into squads of 2-4
we use specific gun lik (long to med range short all around)
and it all depends on where we are going to

Yeah i know i will probably get some negative comments on this but whatever:
First we have ONLY 2 snipers, myself and on other person. And since we dont like to camp we rush. We ALWAYS have 1 gunner with each of our quicksnipers. NO we dont have any snipers that camp back. WE only have Quick Snipers. We pair off basically 1 gunner with a sniper then 2 gunners go together. And just so you guys know my clan is 39-1. Want a challenge PM me.
