Basically, you have to play and complete the game the way it was intended. This means completing bonus and secondary objectives, using stealth to get kills, and not letting your teamates die. If you try and just run through the game, you will fall short of this goal. After each mission, check to see how many points you got, and if you didn't get a decent amount, restart the mission. Oh, I believe headshots give you like 500 points a piece, so get a scope and a silencer.
400,000 points / 18 missions = roughly 22,000 points per mission, so aim a little above that. I think 30,000 is the max for any mission. Also play the game on easy just to make it that less difficult.
