I been able to find the sausage and get the bonus objective. But I cannot for the life of me find the cross talk objective for Broken Chains. It says obtain Battle plans. I've searched high, and I've searched low for the battle plans but can't find them. Does anyone know where they're located? I'm really frustrated, it's the only thing I have left for crosstalk. Thank you.

It's been awhile, so not really sure. It wasn't something I really cared about. But, I think either in the upper floors of the lighthouse or in the main building on the big island.
I believe the battle plans are in the lighthouse. Go up the first 2 flights of stairs and they are green, sitting on top of the boxes right in front of you.

first structure you see, after you get to the top of the light house jump down a floor to the open door that you can go out on about half way up. Right next to that door are some boxes, plans are on there.
Also, might i suggest picking up a M87ELR with a 12x scope for that mission and going to the backside of the main island? Makes it a lot easier.
