i was playing instant action and i was sniping on the shepered bridge part type thingy and i tried to kill and enemy farther than 200 meters, and he did not die so i tried at 201 meters and he died. so i thought id let all you people out there know the max range for a sniper rifle of any kind on CA is 201 meters
and if you dont believe try sniping farther yourself and prove me wrong

It took me 3:59 minutes to beat socom3 on the hardest difficulty.
on topic I dont ever really need to snipe someone that far away. I just go up close.

What's wrong with the tacos? Why do people compare this to other stuff? Why makes it special? I haven't eat tacos for 3 years. I might try to eat again. It's good though.
Your wrong. I killed people from way past 201m many times.
what i meant was one shot one kill sniping and i am guessing it took you more than one shot to kill that person then since it was farther than 201m

There's infinite range in this game, but whatever.
Damage goes down, but a headshot is a one shot kill out to 1,000,394 meters (that's the farthest I tested).
Oh yeah, and headshots don't kill at 78 meters.
OH, REALLY?!
I've tried sniping people in the head all the way across Prowler, nothing happens to my targets. As a general rule, if the range isn't displayed on your scope, you can't hit it. I don't know how people assume because they can see farther, they must be able to shoot any distance.

Yes actually, and if there's no range on your scope it means you're aiming into the sky.
