One of my favorite missions. I think i used an MP5 suppressed with extended clips the first time through on that, Admiral.
Anyway, don't worry about the stealth objective. It doesn't effect anything except you have to walk a bit farther and take out a max of 3 extra guys, who sometimes do not even spawn. I would suggest using an M4A1 with a suppressor and 4x Scope for this mission, and medikits + smoke for the equipment (although feel free to pack an ammo pack/2x Ammo if your teammates are carrying smoke).
Then just sneak in either back way, and lean around the corners and shoot people like that. If they're close, and the area is small (like the hallways and rooms), just lean and shoot. If they're far or the area is open (courtyard, and especially the staircase in the building), lean around and wait for your scope to settle before getting a headshot.
Just clear out the house not worry about any objectives until they're all dead. Make sure not to kill the target though! He only uses a pistol like all the grabs in SOCOM do, so he's easy to spot. Throw smoke and rifle butt the crap out of him. Then once everyone is the house is dead, collect the intel in the rooms, and extract the VIP. Make sure to have at least one teammate in front of the person the VIP is following. Mission over.
