Instant action help...
In Instant action there are sometimes two areas on a missions. For example there is the village and crash site for Winterblade. Do I need to do both to complete that mission or only one?

I don't understand what yoshi's saying but you have to beat the instant action missions on both tactical areas for the badges...its annoying, i know

Like they said, you do have to beat all the tactical areas of a map to get the badge. For example, you need to complete recover on Winterblade at both the crash site and the village. However, not every objective is available at every area. Here is a list of Instant Action missions that DO NOT exist (sorted by objective)

Recover: Sheppard (Ruins), Sheppard (Bridge) and Sheppard (Steppes).

Capture: Sheppard (Bridge).

Defuse: Sheppard (Ruins), Sheppard (Steppes).

Demolition: Stockpile (Storage Facility).

Escort: Whipsaw (Boat Launch), Broken Chains, Bombshell (Wharf),
Bombshell (Uranium Facility), Sea Wasp, Chokehold (Stadium).

Extract: Chokehold (Stadium), Sheppard (Ruins), Sheppard (Steppes).

Secure: Whipsaw (Boat Launch), Whipsaw (Sawmill),
Sheppard (Ruins), Sheppard (Steppes).

Yes, This list is 100% correct.
No, I am not retarted - I did not spell "steps" wrong. The word is "Steppes" - A vast semiarid grass-covered plain, as found in southeast Europe, Siberia, and central North America.

Instant Action
This is the answer I have been looking for. I thought I had finished all of the Demo's and all of the Defuse's and it wouldn't give me the badges. Thanks for posting that.

Now I guess my question would be like in Winterblade..can you do both objectives at one time or do I need to clear one..get the mission success and then come back and get the second one.

Keep in mind I may not be able to get to it for a few days or I would go try it myself.

Thanks
sudden

I'm not sure what your asking, but here are answers to two questions (my two best guesses for what you mean sudden).

You cannot do "defuse" and "demolish" at the same time - they are seperate missions.

You cannot do Winterblade (Crash Site) and Winterblade (Village) at the same time. If you are playing Crash Site, and try to wander into the village, you get the "team, you are leaving the mission area" message. So you must play the village, get the mission success, then play the crash site and get the mission success.

Any more trouble just give me a shout

The second part of your response about the Winterblade scenerio took care of my question Mr. Slickness. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

I was a little confusd by Yosi's post to split the team up.

They certainly are making you do a lot for these badges on instant action.
