what about off-line game?
personally, as far as online game is concerned, I think Socom 3/CA is better that Socom 1 but the missions in the single player are so much better.
every time I'm sick of cheaters or players using P90 I play the missions in Socom 1 and every time it's great.
at this point, if somebody advices me to get on with my life (gaming) I'd say, I tried but for me Socom 1 is the peak of evolution, sorry

To be honest i havent been too fond of socom 1 online(i was addicted to the first lvl on single player), toooooo many cheaters, plus it just wasnt that fun for me at least. socom II id have to say was better suited to online, tho the gui for socom1 was very ahead of itself at the time.
