i like socom 2 better because it has a wider variety of maps to choose from and more guns. also has more people in it and in socom one you die in 1 or 2 maybe 3 shots which i guess i never notived in the past but a few days ago when i got on and noticed that i didnt like it to much

not to mention socom 1 doesnt tell you whose still alive in games, how much health you have and who the person talking is

socom 1 was friendlier unless you ever mentioned socom 2.....

in socom 2 you can see your health and who was alive. once i asked how do you know whos alive and someone said: ok, now since we didnt win any rounds you have to see how many deaths the two teams had. ok now assuming he died every round he should still be alive, because he has 2 deaths instead of three. we dont know about that guy cause he has 2 deaths....and i remember that this guy .........you see? its easy!

in socom 1 there was like no guns at ALL. and the M14 sucked. but i loved the power of the HK5 and the 552. oh yeah. happy days. and the F90(why they didnt correct the names is puzzeling) was the shiznit.

over all, if you were to discount the added bonuses of socom2 and all the friends i made their, they were about the same in funness.

i hate you all who like socom 2...socom 1 was better because it was so much better of hit detection and less lag. sure the buddy and clan system was better. but they made the coolest guns obsolete. m14 was to powerful in s2. and there wasnt as much going on in socom 1 which was better because it was way more fun. you could hear your bones crack when you jumped off a ledge that was too high and went down to your knees. in s2 you lost 70% of your health... now which is more realistic? you decide...

well i deffinately think socom 2 is better, one reason in socom 1 level 5 you cant see anythang it to dark, you can see in socom 2, plus socom 2 has funner gameplay

i like socom 2 better but hey socom 1 didnt have the tech to make teh graphix better...so yup...
