| "Under the Microscope"
I've seen this on a few sites and I think it's a pretty sweet idea. I know you have member bios but the UTM threads would be places for people to ask the user featured questions about anything. Basically, it's a further way of getting to know somebody. Think of it also kind of like a hot seat. Each week, you could put a new member in the hot seat or under the microscope and ask them questions. The threads remain for future questions and it encourages a community atmosphere.
