Suggestion: Give an IQ test to all new members

I'm seeing too many people that type 3 paragraphs worth of text without a single period.

I know it may not be a huge deal, but it is somewhat annoying attempting to read something unreadable.

Basically what I'm saying is I'd like to see the following rule enforced a little more.

4.) Post should be written in a legible manner. Unreadable posts due to lack of punctuation, use of “l33t sp33k”, spelling, or other things mentioned in other rules are considered spam.

Again, not a huge deal, but it seems as though it's starting to become more of an issue than before.

I'd like to be able to come on these forums and read a post without having to figure out what the hell is even being said. It's ridiculous. Either 80% of the new members here are completely illiterate when it comes to grammar or they are just completely lazy. Don't know which, but it's getting annoying.
