Why can I not use this as my avatar?

The Control Panel responds with "Invalid URL" when I try to link to it, followed by a swift kick to the baby-maker.

Im not sure. Maybe because its a .png . .jpg and .gif are more popular for avatars.

Did you try saving it to your computer and uploading it that way?

I could, and that would work, but it would render it useless.

The image is a gamercard. It is dynamically generated by MyGamerCard.net. Saving it would make it static.

Any way you can just allow .pngs? They're all the rage now. You can have transparencies and anti-aliasing out the wahzoo, and it'll look right anywhere you put it (which is not what she said).

If its dynamic thats probably why it doesnt work. Cant do that with avatars.

Yeah, I'm almost certain this site uploads whatever you want for your avatar to its' servers, as a static image.
