I believe I mentioned / asked about this in my entrance post. I know how I was told to post the subjects in the Off Topic board, but I think it'd be a good idea to have a General Gaming Discussion in the Other Systems section.

If this was covered / suggested at a previous time, I apologize.

We have a section for each console, with a forum for each genre of gaming. Due to that, we won't have any need for a general gaming. Off Topic would be your best bet. If you personally have multiple consoles and want to ask a general question for each console, post multiple threads in the respected forums.

That's interesting. Most forums would bash me for making the "same thread" in two different places.

It was just an idea, but as you mention that it's possible to do that, that sounds good. :)

It's not exactly the same thread, as it deals with different consoles.

not really, with the ports they are these days, the only differences are graphics and the online implementation.

But, then again, this might pull too much traffic from the console specific boards...
