Help required on "Upland Assault"

I just bought this game yesterday. How do you capture the third guy on this level? He is the blonde guy. He always gets away.

Flashbangs usually do the trick (he'll surrender), or you can try incapacitating him with a couple of shots from your pistol (no big deal if you kill him, you'll still complete the objective).

One thing you can do - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't - is pack some mines with you before you start the mission. Assuming you know the spot were he jumps off the ledge onto the ground (west side of the castle), lay some mines down there, that way, if he does make a run for it and leaves your sight, he may land on a mine and, voila, objective complete. Like I said, though, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Oh, he jumps off that ledge. I was wondering where he was. I know I usually kill or capture the other guy right there. Maybe I'll do that and have Bravo hold down there and have them take care of him. I tried to jump off of there too, but it won't let me. Thanks.

You should be able to jump off where he does, it's not a very high ledge (make sure you know which ledge I'm talking about - it's the lower ledge connected to the one by the plank).

But, leaving Bravo there to take care of him may work. Good luck.

like big e was saying watch him close when going over the ledge I noticed that the 1st time on ensign rank he surendered but uner the Lt. ranking he put up a fight had to kill him either way afterwards extract and your done. The next mission is a small bit of a night mare took me a week to complete. Have fun

Man, just a week? If we're talking the first Brazillian mission, I remember it taking me two months to finish it on Admiral, longer than it took me to finish all of the other missions put together. It is a nightmare. But hey, that's another thread altogether.

What I finally did was kill the other two guys as fast as possible, then caught up to him. He tried to fight, but didn't make it to far. Yeah, that next one sucks. I didn't think it was going to take that much fire power to get into it. I still haven't even made it to the meeting.
