Stranglehold. Who like this map? Not me and I dont know many people who do, but its there and you have to beat it. It took me over 2 weeks to beat this level. I couldent really make a strategy for this level, so what Im gonna do is give you some good tips, and my weapons of choice. Also, you can get detected in this level in the begining, or you will fail.

WEAPONS:

Primary: SR-25 SD
Secondary: MARK 23 SD
Equipment: THERMAL SCOPE, RED SMOKE, RPG

TIPS:

1. The first part of the mission is probably the hardest part. Dont worry about trying to do differnt things for this part, you didnt get any where yet, and if you have to you can restart and not lose anything. What I usually do is snipe the guy on the turrent, and then pick of the group of two RAFB who are talking with two quick head shots, and then stealthily walk into the small building, take out the guard in there and then take the radio frequency.

2. Cross the bridge, it makes less noise.

3. Climb up on the small hill, and snipe outr any guards you see there.

4. If you followed my strategy, for Urban Sweep, you will know where the lab is, keep making your way towards the lab, but watch out for guards. In the small vicinity around the lab, there are five guards. Three are by a small shack like building, and two are by this little patio like thing. I dont know really what it is, but it has no walls, only a roof, and there is alot boxes in it. Just take out the guards. Then pick up one of thier weapons, and go down into the lab and put FireTeam on Fire At Will.

5. Now your in the lab. Take out every guard down there, and then tell someone to plant a satchel, it doesnt matter who. Now, if you did not bring an RPG/AT-4, there is and RPG, in the back somewhere. You will find it with nightvision goggles on. I have seen it, but I've never picked it up before, but there is a way to pick it up. Brought along gernades, go outside, throw them all and come back in, then you should be able to pick it up. There is also a back way out of the lab, keep you night vision goggles on, and search by the RPG for a switch, when you flip it the wall will open, and you can get out from there.

6. Keep fireteam on Fire At Will the rest of the mission. When you make your way towards the hill to go down tho the plane, the helicopter will come up, Fire Team will shoot at it, If you destroy it, you will complete the bonus objective. When that small little cut scene come up when intell suggests that you should send bravo down, and cover them from the snipe point, go over to the snipe point and shoot the RPG at the plane, and you basicly are done with the mission.

7. Now just move to extract, but watch out, there are a lot of RAFB's around just kill them, but still make your way to the extraction. When you get there deploy your red smoke, then hold out untill the chopter comes. ***You may have to throw more then one smoke, just dont throw all of yours.

Nice strat papa smurf. I loved this level, so much fun to snipe on. It was a pain in the arse going through the lab though.

Nj Papa, but this is what I did

Weps:M4A1 SD Mark 23 SD, Bang, REd Smoke, Frag

1.Right when the mission starts, run and pick off the two guys having the conversation you can have 1 headshot take out both of them. Tell Bravo to hold and move forward staying in the bushes 4 cover. Take out the patrol near the radio, then move in and stealth kill or just kill the man on the turrent when he isn't facing you. Take the radio channel, shoot the radio, tell bravo to follow and move on.

2.Move right of the radio station along until you approach a shack up ona hill. Scope and headshot the guy in the window and tell fireteam to fire at will for the last man. Tell them to hold and you will hear a radio conversation where the man is on alert, its pointless so just move up the right side of the hill WATCH OUT FOR THE MISSION BOUNDARIES.(If any members get stuck ona corner at this part, tell them to hold postion push them with your body and then proceed.

3. Crawl along the right wall, a teammate will warn you about a grenade turrent, ignore it. You'll be at a structure where two guards patrol, take them out silently. Then move left from where you came out and you'll see another shack. Try and scope as many people as possible, then tell fireteam to fire at will and wreak havoc, the lab is on the hill above you.

4.Once the fireteam is in the lab, look for a switch to dim the lights, make sure fire at will is still enabled and clean sweep the lab, don't let the terrorists report in, this is essential. Once you've killed everybody, look around the lab for a bomb schematic, around there will be a rpg, it requires two slots, so waste the bangs and frags that you haven't used and pick it up. Telll a teammate to plant a satchel on the crates, and then get out of there by the door that is opened by another switch(look around for the door first, I don't know how to describe its location). Move your team away from the lab and then you'll hear the explosion.

5.Take out the terrorist on the hill above you and then take out the two in the shack nearby. Proceed down the hill and a helicopter will lauch. Don't panic its normal. Ignore the advice of bravo and overwatching, and just take your scope and position it near the plane b/c the fog makes harder to see it froma distance. Once the crosshairs are set, take the RPG and fire it.

6. Move down the hill until you get to the part where you can jump off it, use the height advantage to take out some patrols, also there are patrols befor this point too. Tell fireteam to get down and let them take out the chopper. You can too, but I don't recommend it. Then move down the hill, scope the man on the gun turrent and move along the left wall. Cross when you can to the region near the extraction. Once there, keep moving until you get under a bridge STOP or you'll pass the mission boundary. Now wait there and hold off all terrorists above you until you get a message that the extraction is ready and deploy the smoke.

i jus beat the sujo level so im goin on this 1 how hard is the level harder than sujo or less?

much harder

and your teamates are retarded. at the end of the mission when you head towards the extraction, all my guys died so many times. on admiral it took me so many ****in tries and also when you go down into the lab one time 2 of my teamates died because instead of using the ladder they just fell down into the drug lab throught the hole and killed themselves. believe me if your teamates werent so dumb the mission wouldnt be that hard. 90% of the time that i tried to beat the mission and failed it was because of my teamates all dying.
