This is definitely the best method. Another method I use is this. When you get to the bottom of the stairs leading to were Castiotti and Pius are, the body guards will open the door.. have a flashbang at the ready and as soon as the door opens throw it. They will be blinded and you can proceed up the stairs and eliminate the bodyguards. Now at this time you instruct both Bravo and your Teammate to cover the door leading to Castriotti's room. You go out on the the balcony and you'll see Pius on the lower level. Throw a flashbang down at him and he will surrender. You will get a better percentage if you can capture all three of the targets as opposed to killing them so take a lot of flashbangs with you..
