Square Enix seems to be releasing some of its best classics on the PlayStation Network, as we’ve already seen Final Fantasy VII (in North America, too), and the original Final Fantasy available for download. The archived re-release is based on the PS1 version of the game, and like the other FF downloadable titles, it will be available on both PlayStation 3 and PSP.
Japanese gamers, and those with access to the Japanese PlayStation Store, can purchase the remake of the second Final Fantasy game for ¥600 ($6.50 USD). There is no information at this time about a North American or European release, but we’ll be sure to let you know if we hear anything more.

Final Fantasy II now available on PSN in Japan -- PlayStation Universe
I post this because it might indicate a long line of Final Fantasy games hitting the PSN. First FF1, then FF7, now FF2.
I would kill for FFIX on PSN. :)
