EA Confirms L4D2 for PS3?
It is a rumor, hence the ?, but look at this.

Left 4 Dead 2

EA lists it for PS3 at both spots, listing it as a Fall release along with the 360 and PC version.

Valve doesn't like the PS3 architecture, so they aren't too fond of developing for it, but we all know that EA ported Orange Box to the PS3. Despite the fact that it was a pretty BAD port, it seems like EA might port Left 4 Dead 2.

So I suppose PS3 owners might have something to look forward to. If it is true, I couldn't imagine the port would be as bad as the Orange Box since they have had a lot of experience with the console since then. Mirrors Edge is considered better on the PS3, and Dead Space is pretty much identical, while they both run fantastically.

Edit: They just took it off their website. So either mistake, or accidental leak. I will probably go with the former, but I am not sure. Listing it for PS3 is one thing, but putting up a PS3 box art for the game is another, lol.

I'm half tempted to get orange box on PS3 just for TF2, because I loved TFC back in the day. Is the port really that bad? And is TF2 worth buying the OB for?

The Orange Box port isn't all that bad. There is just a few patches of slow downs, as well as a bit longer loading times (For HL2). The biggest problem is just the complete lack of any sort of service/updates/fixes/etc for TF2. So I wouldn't get it for the PS3 if I were you.

No doubt.

I am a little hesitant to get L4D2 right away, but if I do get it, PC for sure. It is a crime to play a game like that on consoles.
