Grim Fandango Set up issue

Hi I keep trying to re-install my copy of Grim Fandango but I keep getting a message saying

"Setup requires _SETUP.dll and _ISRES.dll (Located in _SETUP.lib) in order to operate properly. Please ensure these files are located with SETUP.EXE."

I'm hopeless with this kind of stuff so If you have any idea what I need to do I would really appreciate that
