I had a ROFL moment a few minutes ago when my brother showed me the actual blog regarding the current state of their update directly from the Socom site... why I have not traded this game in yet, I have no idea...



An Update on Patch 1.50

Patch 1.50 is still going through the QA process. The amount of new content in patch 1.50 along with the enormous size and scope of the Tournament and Clan Ladder features require a huge QA effort in order to make sure that 1.50 is released without any issues. The QA team and the development team at Slant Six are working as hard as possible to get these issues resolved and the patch out to you as soon as possible.

As soon as we have a final release date for the 1.50 patch, we will let you know here on SOCOM.com. Thank you for your patience.

I really hope that when the patch does come out, it doesnt mess anything else up. Hopefully there is some "good" dlc coming. Although im not getting my hopes up.

I just had one of my best games in a while, and even though I rip on this game it's those moments that make this game awesome. Went 20-4 with 6 assists, one 7 kill round and a 6 kill round (unsuppressed HK7 is beast), down 4-2 came back to win, and out maned 8-6 the whole game. There's no game where you can feel so good or bad as you do with SOCOM.
Can't wait for this damn patch.
