Its easy and here are some basic rule for not getting team kills.

Don't plant the bomb in demolition and don't throw any frags until you receive the trophy. I did this in 1 day when i was off of work so i've achieved it thankfully.

I'd make it simple, and just say not to shoot at the people with the blue names or diamonds floating above their heads.

Thanks buddy but you didn't quote all my message or it would say in your own post that i mentioned for them not to use frags or plant the bomb then just be careful. That way they would get it quickly...;)
