Sony says that this game will run in 1080p, so my question to that is.. What about the people that dont have 1080p HD?.. I myself aren't worried cause I have it, but I know alot of people dont.


Other then that, I can't wait for this game and I am currently picking it as my GAME OF 2009 that I want to most.

I don't believe they ever said it would run at 1080p. I would rather have better graphics at lower resolutions. White Knight Chronicles runs at full 1080p, and it isn't the greatest looking game on the block, lol. Not bad either, but God of War 3 has always been about pushing the boundaries on graphics. A higher resolution doesn't mean better looking.

This game, and RE5 are at the top of my 2009 "must buy" list.

1st, every game runs at 1080p, the disc format is blu ray. 2nd, just because it will run at 1080p resolution doesn't mean its not going to play on your tube tv.

For some reason, the 1080 and 720 doesn't bother me.
MGS4 runs at 1080. But CoD4 and LBP run at 720 and look just as good. Maybe my TV is broken.

720p vs 1080p is negligent at best. The only time you're really going to see a difference between the two (unless you're a hardcore videophile and are seated like two feet away), is comparing a 50"+ hdtv side by side. Other then that, what native resolution it runs in is moot. The PS3 upscales based on the native resolution of your tv anyway.

The gameplay and storyline in god of war are both soooo good. How can a gamer not want to play all 3!!? I hope the gow series is a long lasting one.
