MGS Ultimate Ending
I was playing Resistance tonight, and I was talking with my team about MGS. One guy mentioned an ultimate ending to the game. He said that he read a rumor that on December 12, there will be another ending released. It's six months after the game's release, and Snake said that he has 6 months to live. Hmm....

I looked it up, and found a few different sites reporting it. Sounds interesting.

Maybe they decided to make up a new ending for the game, seeing as how MGO was such an epic failure? Just a theory...

It's always been an epic failure since MGO was introduced in MGS:3 but it made a few experiences of fun times for a while.

Anyways. The "first rumor" is that Konami programed it into the game for it to happen on Dec 12th, but that doesn't make much sense since nothing happens when you change the date on the PS3. Otherwise I don't see how they could possibly keep track of the date. This was brought up like, a week after the game came out, so it was probably just speculation with no ground on the validity of it. Then the rumor just spread to what it is now.

I believe the rumor has been official debunked a few times also, but I dunno.
