I hate to say, but I figure why not add this thread, because I need some help.

I have everything downloaded, and I get to the point where it says logging on to servers, then I get a "failed to log in to server" and back to the Main Confrontation screen.

Anyone have any ideas why? I am signed on to PSN, but I can't login to the server.

yeah hes right servers went down over an hour ago, not sure if there back up yet.

Servers are down again, and it is really starting to irritate me. I pay 60 bucks for a game, and they won't let me onto the servers.

And I know,I only actually paid like 50 for the game.

I still can't get logged into their servers... I'm getting a different "login failure" message, but the overall results are still the same... like, I can't play a friggin' game, even more than 12 hours later.

An example of epic fail at its finest.

They finally addressed it on socom.com today, last night when I was playing I just kept trying until it let me play. When I loaded it the first time it said my data was corrupted, then I deleted all the beta stuff and worked fine for me. I'm sticking to respawns for now anyways to get the feel of the maps, and until they patch it up.

They should just print this on some 4 X 4 cards and put it in the game case for when you open it up to go play it.
