The Legend of Zelda (NES)
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past (SNES)
Shining in the Darkness (Genesis)
Final Fantasy 7 and 10 (PS1 and PS2)
Suikoden 1 and 2 (PS1)
KOTOR 1 and 2 (Xbox)
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (PS2)
Fallout 3 (360 and PS3)
My favorite RPG of all time for variation would have to be a mix between Paladin's Quest and Robotrek for the SNES system....I like the newer ones but these just hit home with the unheard of titles...
1. Final Fantasy 10 - First for PS2 and i really enjoyed the game.
2. Final Fantasy 8 - My favorite Final Fantasy.
3. Final Fantasy 7 - Really the first rpg i got into when i was younger.
4. Fable 2 - The most resent rpg i have gotten into really great but the end off the game gets boring not much to do after you get all of the achievements.
5. Zelda 64 - Wow what a game really loved Zelda on 64 i want to play the new Zelda for Wii.
All these posts is evidence that the ps3 doesn't have shit. It makes me mad, cuz I want a good japanese rpg to come out on the ps3! Where's all the final fantasies, star oceans, grandias, xenosagas or fu*kin legend of dragoon remakes?! xbox got Lost Odyssey, and its an american made system!

FFXIII is due out next year, both Eternal Sonata and Enchanted Arms have been ported to PS3, and Disgaea 3 is a PS3 exclusive, which is certainly one of the more interesting games I've played this year (in a good way). Valkyria Chronicles is also PS3 exclusive, but that is only very loosely an RPG.

Sorry, I was automatically excluding the mediocre titles. ps3 does that have those, but nothing that wows you and you sit back after you beat it and say "damn, that was a good game"

OK, I'll give you Enchanted Arms and Eternal Sonata, but Disgaea 3 is fucking awesome, and anyone who calls Valkyria Chronicles 'mediocre' has obviously never played it.
