Just look at Ocelot, The Boss gave birth to him during the Normandy invasion of WWII and MGS4 takes place in 2014. That would put him at 70 years old in MGS4. He is pretty damn ripped for a 70 year old.
I don't like the game either but for a much more simple reason. It is not my style of game. I prefer a little more fast paced action and less storyline, just me.

Your post was pretty much flaming the hell out of people so it was deleted. You can defend the game all you want, just tone down the abusive language a bit more.
I can understand why people would hate this game for the cutscenes, but you can skip them if you want. Sure, you'll pretty much be at a loss at what's going on, but it's possible. I like it for the most part, but there are things in the game that I dislike. Like when you kill/stun the Beauties and they scream afterwards, it just looks horrible. Not much emotion on their faces. Even the actors in bad Sci-Fi Channel movies have more believable emotional acting.

I understand it too, but it's been like this since the series came to the Playstation. It's just something people should know about when the buy the game. Personally, I like to think of Metal Gear as an interactive Movie.
ok..i am really sorry, for that...Just my views on people, perhaps...The worst case is that what i wrote is psychologically relevant and correct....But i do agree, it was offensive.
However ,i still have a question remaining......I m not sure because i haven't played games like Gears of war, Halo 3 etc, but doesn't MGS4 have more game play time than most of them ? Then why are people still complaining ?
Shouldn't they then, be just considering the cutscenes as a bonus which they can or cannot skip? (if, they may not like it). Whats the logic ? I just wanted to get an answer for this question....
To be fair, i havent played MGS4 !!! But i have watched the full game walkthrough from some sites, including the whole cutscenes , and the total experience that this game provides is amazing. Its amazing to just realise that i had watched the length of 6-7 cinemas at a stretch, and it still didnt feel enough........... A MASTERPIECE of storytelling and gameplay.......
For the most part, the majority of people that don't enjoy MGS games just don't like slower, more skill needed gameplay. They want the fast paced "shoot everything everywhere no matter what" feeling which is dull in my opinion but you can't change the opinions of people who are closed minded about other things.

i play golf. i've got the sims on my PC but i also do enjoy fast paced shoot 'em ups, i like all platforms of games but this game is just awful! (in my eyes)
